So yesterday was my 2nd run of my 2nd week of couch 2 5k. However, I am repeating week 1. I want to be very comfortable before I move on. I do not want to set myself up for failure.
I am contemplating finding a local 5k that I can do at the end of this year that will make me have to keep going.. Wouldn't wanna be the last across the line...
