On track!

It's hard to live like a bandster again when you slipped... During my hiatus I didn't gain anything but I didn't lose either.

I am down to no alcohol, only water, exercise 3x per week and get lots of sleep.

I am semi tracking my calories which oddly enough doesn't look like it is enough so I might have to watch that more especially if I am exercising.

Need to get to kicking ass again!

Well I have been stuck for months and months it seems. I am going to go get a fill as I think I can eat slightly too much... I am going to try to commit myself to 3x a week exercise and minimal alcohol.
