On track!

It's hard to live like a bandster again when you slipped... During my hiatus I didn't gain anything but I didn't lose either.

I am down to no alcohol, only water, exercise 3x per week and get lots of sleep.

I am semi tracking my calories which oddly enough doesn't look like it is enough so I might have to watch that more especially if I am exercising.
