Thanksgiving was super awesome. Seemed as though everything went very easy too. We didn't do anything too huge. We had a ham that we got at Costco and a Turkey breast... The breasts are alot easier than cooking a whole turkey that no one will eat off of anyway. This way everyone can have sandwiches... Except me (no bread lol)
I chopped up ham super small for me and mixed it with cranberry sauce omg that was so good. I went back for a couple tablespoons of mashed potatoes and even managed to have 1 carrot with a pead pod.
I can't believe I just had about 1/2 a cup of food for a holiday im stuffed. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to enjoy it as much as I used too. But I did and even more so without the guilt! I didn't have room for desert though so that was a double plus.
Today is Black friday. I think my time is worth alot more than saving a few bucks! Those people are nutso to stand out there at 3am. I am going in for wedding dress alterations today and that makes me sooooooo happy.
Gonna hit the casino on the way back hope I have better luck than yesterday :)
