According to studies the body needs adequate amounts of sleep to function properly.. That includes to be able to efficiently burn fat. That's just another excuse I can use to sleep more :D
I have been going to bed around 9 and getting up between 445 and 5am... I am tired. I don't realize when I say I am going to bed at 9 that I am asleep that minute. I brush my teeth and get ready for bed... By the time I was laying down to close my eyes last night it was 927 :(
Tonight I am going to try and catch up on some sleep and go to bed around 8-830 :)
