Alright so woke up today feeling like a million bucks... too bad I don't have the million bucks.
So Anyway yesterday I went for a run while still feeling crappy. I did 1.6 miles... much less than I wanted to. I sweated far more than usual I believe because I had a temperature.
It will take me a few days to build the endurance back up but I have drank more fluids in the last 3 days than I have in a month I think sheesh...
Today though I put on the big girl panties and signed up for a weight training session for tonight. OMG I must be insane! I hope I can move tomorrow... since tomorrow is run day.
