I went to the gym last night. I did a lifting class but since I was a newbie and never weight lifted I got to do the baby weights just to go through the motions. I felt really stupid while the others lifted the real thing. But that's ok because they too once was having to do what I did.
I have to say I was a very lazy bandster and I would contribute MAYBE 10lbs of my weightloss so far to exercise.. the rest was due to changing eating habits. I have only recently found the motivation because I have a trip to go see Glou, lab, Laura, and KC in December and I would like to feel like I tried a little to get where I am... which definately isn't goal. I will also be the first to admit my plateau mostly is from snacking and liquid calories MOSTLY my love for salty bloody marys and over abundance of wine haha.
I recently decided No goody drinks for me (last week) so I have been good since Saturday and have yet to see it reflect on the scale. However, I am trying to not get dissapointed and keep on keeping on.
