Call me a wimp but I am starting all over on c25k because I was out 2 weeks with some serious inner knee pains.
So joined the gym and went last night for a measley 2 mile run. Doesn't sound like alot but I sweated a ton so I was working it. Running on a dreadmill is a learning curve but I got the hang of it quickly.
I will say that when I run outdoors that I have a tendancy to not push myself and only run slightly faster than a quick walk. I have super short legs lol.. I buy petites and cut them off... So me running at 4.7 MPH is quick to me haha. I would love to be able to do a 9 minute mile but I am guessing I would fall on my face trying to run at 6.6... Maybe eventually but that might be a sprint for me!
Last night I did interval walk/run W1D1 of 3.6 walk 4.7 run.

Good job woman!! I should be allowed to run again sometime this week. Going to surgeon tomorrow to find out. :D
Though, I'm way behind you at this point. heh.
