Feeling good

So the scale isnt moving.. Not one bit. Holding steady despite all this exercise. I would of thought it would of shocked the hell outta my system... Guess not.

I went back to the gym last night and did a run. I was doing the interval running on the couch 2 5k. Instead of moving on to other weeks I have been working on increasing my speed when I do run that way when as I move on I will have further distances. Last night I ran at a pace of 5.1 when I ran! That's like sprinting for these lil legs haha. I was only running 1 minute at a time though... I got 2 miles in. I am hoping that when I move on to another week that I will get 2.5 miles in.

keep at it and the scale will move too!

Hey Brandy- dont worry too much about it, I hit the same plateau recently and then saw a big drop, but my body has changed dramatically while on the plateau so dont only rely on the scale to determine your success..I guarantee you there's a bunch more around you !!
